Apologies for the lack of news on here folks, we've been having to deal with our troublesome teen Leonardo and haven't had much time as we've been working hard on training our horses to get to the top level.
NEWS: NEW FORUM We started our own forum, simsequinefederation.boards.net (please go register and enjoy). On the forum, you can show your horses, register them for breeding, buy them, sell them. The registry works slightly differently to other forums- there's no individual breed categories for registering, just a basic registry for studs and broodmares respectively. This is to try and keep it simple, fun and easy. Sims Equine Federation (SEF) is intended to be more heavily focused on competitions that many forums. If your horse hasn't been registered in the show registries, the horses first photo show entry will count as their registry and we will automatically register them with the relevant showing registry. DRESSAGE STARS IN ACTION Many of our dressage stars will be performing at Royal's Dressage Test over on SEF on the 10th of May. As some of them have been out of action for a little while, it's great to see them back in action. Our troublesome teenager Leonardo Wilson will also be competing in dressage for the first time on PVS Torch Song and PVS Miseria Cantare. (Feel free to add him on facebook!) PVS WINTER'S FIRE, PVS REMUS, PVS RUMPLESTILTSKIN and PVS PRINCE UTHOPIA ARRIVE AT LINDHOLMEN Some of our horses have now left us and found forever homes at Lindholmen Riding Academy. It's great to see them all looking so happy and well cared for. Remus was ecstatic to be re-united with Rumple and Winter's Fire, and Prince Uthopia was happy hanging with Winter's Fire.

So it's been a while since I posted here; since I last posted, we've bred our first foal crop and sold most of the foals (we've kept PVS Snow Blood for ourselves- PVS Desert Beware is currently still for sale). We've gained a new affiliate in the form of Knightridge Estate. We've also gained a few more Eastern Sports Horses and made our first marking - I still need to put it up for download xD. PVS Billy Beware won his latest eventing competition, and SER Tell Me Something won her latest Hunter Over Fences Class. Some of our other horses also managed to place. We've also been modernising our yards (check our facebook for more details). We've also started a tumblr. We've also been working with TJS/PVS Black Intoxication and recently rode him for the first time. He has an exciting future ahead of him.
So it's been busy recently here at PVS. PVS Desert Rock has been sold to fox creek stables. PVS Supreme Rock has been sold to Rainbow Bridge Farm. PVS Desert Mountain is quite the handsome young stallion is still for auction on Equine Affaire (you have until wednesday to place your bid).
PVS Blazing Billy has taken a trip to Egypt as he is being leased by our affiliates Blue Ribbon Stud Farm. He's already settled in and has been having some adventures- he's also proving to be quite the ladies man. Go check out BRF's facebook page to see photos - you can find the link under our 'Affiliates' tab. We're also going to be doing our very first custom breeding between PVS Crash Love and PVS Red Ocean for Amara Thomson of Golden Meadows Serenity Stables, whom we're pleased to announce is one of two new affiliates. Our other new affiliate is Diamond Day Stable. You can find the links to their websites under the affiliates tab. Oh and PVS Painted Black might be having her first foal soon... So in the news this week:
PVS Billy Beware competed at the ARES 3 day Eventing Trials. Sadly he only managed fifth due to my poor editing skills. However, he did really well at this week's Endurance competition at Plaza Farms and shocked everyone by coming in 2nd. PVS Crash Love dominated the Barrel Racing at Plaza again, coming in first with 1074 points- over a 100 points ahead of second place! We're so proud of her! PVS Princess Swan won the english pleasure show at plaza, and is currently having a frolick with PVS Regina to celebrate her win. SER Red Like Fire and BMS Vimy Ridge both did well in the Hunter Over Fences Section B, coming in 3rd and Fourth respectively. PVS Winter's Fire took this week's showjumping at Plaza Farms by storm with a whopping 1101 points, way over 200 points ahead. And on another note, the young PVS Desert Mountain (Spur) is proving to be quite the handful. He's sure kept PVS Desert Diva on her feet! We intend to sell him in a few weeks once he's a year and a half old. We will also be selling PVS Supreme Rock (PVS Phoenix X PVS Billy Beware) as we feel it is time to get the PVS name out there in the world of the Sims 3 equine community. We'll be selling them at an auction on Equine Affaire, so make sure you're signed up! |
